Rev. J.B. Blankenship was very hard to keep in contact with and would not return phone calls etc. This is just a hobby for him and appears very busy at his other career. Due to the lack of communication, we decided not to have him officiate our wedding. When we finally were able to speak with him, he stated he would email us the contract. One whole week went by and still no contract was emailed to us. I left a voicemail and text message and still no answer. I guess he did not want to officiant at our wedding but he could have been professional about it and told us that...instead of just ignoring us.
