The response to my request was timely, to the point, and positive. When on site, the problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed, and the problem was fixed on a matter of minutes. He was easy to talk to, took pictures of the area on my roof that needed to be repaired, clearly explained how he would fix the piece of loose siding that was the problem. I would happily call him again!
