I teach personal yoga classes, aerial yoga, meditation, and body movement. The work I do with each client differs depending on personal needs.
Our first session together will be a consultation to determine where your body is at and what your needs are.
I also do small classes (no more than 4 per class), allowing families, groups of friends, or starting you journey with a group of complete strangers to grow together and help hold each other accountable.
I like keeping classes small so that personal needs can be met for all.
