Yes,service call,parts and labor.If customer declines repair after diagnosis of problem then they are responsible for service call charge.When customer elects to go with estimated repair charge then service call is included with estimate.Example :Dryer belts $21.00 with tax plus labor $131.00=$152.00 repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the problem with the appliance.Giving an estimate,and repair with the right part if customer wants to go forward with the repair.Setting up the right time that's convenient for the service call as well as the most convenient time available for the customer.
