Also, help the customer from having to buy a new appliance.We service appliances such as Washers,dryers,refrigerators,gas and electric stoves,disposals,water heaters.We,have experience in RV technology as well as household appliances.Keep in mind you can't give an estimate without diagnosing the problem.We don't throw parts at the machine,we actually try to find out the actual bad component and then provide labor and parts estimate.WE ACCEPT CASH,CHECK,SQUARE,AND PAYPAL. Hi I recommend to anyone that needs their, washer, dryer, or any other appliances that need, fixing. I recently had my, Kenmore refrigerator fixed. My ice maker stopped making ice. Stephen delivered as promised and was efficient and very knowledgeable. He installed a gas stove, removed the old electric stove, and assessed an issue with a refrigerator. His work is very professional. We hope to use him in the future for other projects.

My expectations of a repair company are punctuality, knowledgable, affordable and approachable. Stephen hits on all cylinders. He came out to repair my refrigerator. He did that, however the repair lead to another related issue that didn't present itself until several hours later. I got hold of Stephen as soon as I discovered the issue. He came out to fix it the following morning before 8:00 a.m. I will now have Stephen become my Appliance go to guy whether it is routine maintenance or needing a repair. Thanks Stephen, for someone that I can trust!! You are a rare find! Best, John H.

Yes,service call,parts and labor.If customer declines repair after diagnosis of problem then they are responsible for service call charge.When customer elects to go with estimated repair charge then service call is included with estimate.Example :Dryer belts $21.00 with tax plus labor $131.00=$152.00 repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the problem with the appliance.Giving an estimate,and repair with the right part if customer wants to go forward with the repair.Setting up the right time that's convenient for the service call as well as the most convenient time available for the customer.
