- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give a reasonably fair price. One that keeps my customer happy and me in business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. from start to finish. finding out what they want. To solving a problem if they have something in mind that cant be done correctly. Just for example.. customer wants to top a tree. We don't top trees it's very bad for them. There are things that can be done that will make them happy and keep there trees healthy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
28 years of exsperience. with no insurance claims. No work accidents/injuries. And as far as I have been told not one unsatisfied customer. They say you can't make everyone happy. But if you do as you say and keep your price fair you can.
