As a videographer and photographer I've had problems with data management for years. Large media and project files are extremely difficult to understand and organize. After ten years of compiling a mountain of external hard drives I sought consultation on a better way to manage my data. I found Ben Oakland online and he was able to recommend a network attached storage system which he personally came to my apartment to configure. Ben also spent almost two hours with me explaining how the system works and answering all of my questions. He was courteous, patient, funny, and knowledgable. I've recommended Ben to other friends with computer issues and all of them have had nothing but kind words to say about him. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Ben has helped us with a variety of PC and laptop issues, wireless and connectivity issues . ( Apple equipment) Recently he helped with trouble with our wifi signal in a two story house. Ben figured out the best locations, hooked up the necessary equipment and got our laptops and house sonos running as they should. He was timely , knowledgeable and very good to work with. He also followed up to make sure things were still running correctly. Both my wife and I had an excellant experience and would recommend Ben.
