Arrive, diagnose, quote the cost, and almost always repair the unit immediately 4. Guarantee satisfaction with a a 1 year parts/90 days labor warranty 5. Follow-up with you after the repair to make sure you're happy.

We work with home owners, renters, commercial property owners, apartment building owners, restaurants and more... any place there is a residential or commercial appliance of any kind.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently repaired a clothes dryer that the owner was convinced was not repairable. Not only did we repair the unit for much less than the cost of a replacement, we found an dangerous build-up of lint inside the machine and cleaned that up at no extra charge. Our customer was happy and left us a great review!
