- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation and a conversation about interests, goals and challenges, we proceed by looking at range of motion and core stability and balance. Depending on goals, we focus on injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, full body fitness, strength and flexibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an interest in fitness and manual therapy, I went back to school and studied Massage Therapy at De Anza College in Cupertino, where I was influenced by amazing instructors and armed with a strong foundation in anatomy, physical education, and manual therapy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After over 15 years in the corporate world, I decided I wanted to help people in a more meaningful way.
