I have use Rolsystems service with computer consultant named Tommy and he was very competent with setting up my laptop & Hewlett Packard printer for wireless connection using Cisco Linksys router. In addition to that he also performed data recovery & back-up all my data to my external hard drive. I will not hesitate to use his service again. Thanks

Could not connect my router after woke g on it for almost two hours

Yes I have worked on the router to exhaust all options to get it working however this router didn't seem to be compatible with cable modem being used by the customer. I suggested to the customer to return it for another router. Thanks
