- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be able to offer an introductory price of set hours for a set fee with additional hours available at an hourly rate. (I do this whenever possible). The client always has to pre-authorize additional hours before they can be billed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the request is for Private Investigative work, New York State requires that all PI's have a signed contract with every customer. This is required to protect the consumer and the investigator. It must be very specific on the services provided and signed by both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
