Introduction: I am an E-RYT 200 and Pre/Postnatal yoga teacher located in Albany, NY. I have taught in Los Angeles, Connecticut, and now here in the Capital District. I am experienced in teaching to all levels and all ages. I've had people over 70 and under 10 in the same class. I truly believe that anyone can practice yoga. You just need to find the right style and teacher for you.
I love when someone who never thought in a million years that yoga was for them discovers it is. I love helping people to connect with their bodies and find ways to ease the aches and pains from life.

Becky's classes are always a delight. They are incredibly varied, so you never get bored. She can create a class based around anything you would like to concentrate on (breathing, a particular body part, etc.). She is encouraging without being annoying.
