Brian Martinez is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly...a rare but wonderful combination when dealing with IT personnel and problems that need resolved. Brian takes the time to get the job done well. I've had issues with slow response and OS upgrade problems and Brian has resolved each one efficiently; leaving me with a better computer experience and much less frustration.
