- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is flexible and based on the amount of pre-production work (collaborative planning and idea generation), actual production work (time on set/shoot, variety of equipment used) and the total post-production work (editing) necessary to make the project successful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is a journey in discovering their story and how I can fit my creative process to match their needs. I first thoroughly discuss what the customer wants and the story they want to tell. From there I explore creative options with the customer to ensure that the medium and project are fine tuned to their expectations. Lastly, I believe that sharing stories is as important as capturing them. I find discussing with customers how they plan to share our project helps me finalize the creative process and ensure high quality outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in film and extensive experience over the past ten years working on photography shoots, feature length films, short films, music videos and other media projects. I've worked in marketing departments for large organizations and have spent time freelancing while traveling.
