He gave me reasonable price , he came and did it. no problem.
But....
I think he didnt realise or didnt saw my project that i wanted to fix faucet too but he only did garbage disposal.
when i asked about faucet he told me about extra charge because he said he has to take out sink too.( of course i know that) i told him some other handyman quote for same job.
we both agreed on cost include faucet and garbage disposal. then he tried to do work on faucet too , suddenly he said it gonna take too much time and he has to go somewhere. really?
but he started to work in garbage disposal. i tried to explain him, if u cant do it now, i can call other handyman who can do both at same time.
because even you fix garbage disposable for now you have to take that out again to fix faucet and sink.due to tight place. So fixing only garbage disposal right now does not make any sense.
so i was trying to ask what you want to do then?
but he keep fixing garbage disposal , suddenly he got mad and tell me "u talk too much! let me work and fix , i dont need any money i will not charge you one penny . you crying too much."
LOL i was like wth man,i just want to save his and mine time and do both thing at same time.
i said nothing to him, after he finished ! he told me u dont have to give me full money just give me certain cost.
anyway he only fixed garbage disposal.
but i gave him full money which we agreed before he came to my house.
i prob give him 5 star but the way he was angry its bad for business!

Gutter Cleaning- Service provided by Rodolfo Parada (Home Repairs & Painting). Rodolfo was excellent! He came to my home within 2-3 hours of initial contact through Thumbtack. He examined the scope of project and made me a fair offer which I accepted. We agreed to have service provided next day. On the morning of the next day, Rodolfo called as promised. We agreed the job could not be completed due to weather. He stated he would call again in 24 hours. As promised Rodolfo called, came to my home and completed work.
Work was completed professionally, quickly and 100% clean up made.
GREAT SERVICE!! I will work with Rodolfo again and also have him quote on other projects.

**Rodolfo repaired the bathroom kick plate under sink, drywall finish/painting in utility room and replaced laundry door. He was friendly, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced for services provided. Additionally, he took time to explain as each job was completed.
**He also provided a free estimate for future repairs.
We would recommend Rodolfo for all your home improvement needs!!
