FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My commissions are fair and will be explained clearly in our meeting, along with a full description of what I do for my clients. I typically provide more value to my clients than most agents are able to, and I will be glad to spell that out when we meet. Furthermore, I am proud to offer a discount to military veterans as a small way of saying "Thank You" for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to begin all new client relationships with a face-to-face meeting, typically lasting about an hour or so. It is the only way for us to get a feel for one another and decide if we would be a good fit to work together. In order for me to be most helpful to you, it’s important for me to understand exactly what your needs are and how I can provide the services to best suit your circumstances. Everyone’s situation is different, and I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. From there, we will decide upon a course of action tailored to achieve for you the best results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University in 1996, and spent many years in practice designing and coordinating the construction of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. A number of my projects have been published internationally while receiving critical acclaim and award recognition. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and I’m a member of the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors and regularly participate in new education and training to keep up on cutting-edge technologies and ideas to help me serve my clients in the best way possible. I hold the following Realtor designations: Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified Military Residential Specialist.
