I charge an hourly rate for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask probing questions to make sure we get the most out of our time together and work at the customers pace to make sure they do not get lost or feel intimidated by their technology.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Apple for 6 years as a software trainer then left Apple for the corporate world. I spent an additional 6 years in a large All-Apple organization learning the ins and outs of enterprise mac support.
