- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Thumbtack quote is based on square footage only. There may be small up-charges for the homes' age earlier than 2005 ($25), 1995 ($35), 1980 ($40), 1960 ($50) and crawlspace or basement add ($25). Discounts (-$25) for military, veterans, first responders, senior citizens, public school teachers, and first time home buyers. Also, discount (-$50) if unfortunately the contract falls through and you need a 2nd inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Ga Tech. I have worked in the construction industry my entire life. I have built houses and small commercial construction projects. I worked in the field of Construction Dispute Resolution & Consulting for 20 years. In an effort to better serve my clients, I am always in some type of continuing education and maintaining my credentials. I have received training and certification through my memberships with American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI) and the International Code Council (ICC). I have achieved a Certified Master Inspector status issued by the Master Inspector Certification Board.
