Being a Realtor for 23 years, Alicai Panyard is one of the most talented designers and stagers I have ever worked with. She makes a home look like candy for the eye. I had a listing that had been on the market for almost a year. It had been fully renovated. Alicia said, "Let me stage it for you". So she staged the property with the Sellers consent and it sold in less than two weeks. I have had several houses staged by Alicia and most all sold the next day after putting them on the market. One home sold while she was staging it. Alicia has more talent in her little finger than most people have in there whole body. She is worth her weight in gold. She can work with your furniture or bring in furniture pieces. I have this poem that describes Alicia to a T. Alicia did a wonderful job when I sold my home of 40+ years. She knew what items I should leave in my home and even brought in pieces of her own to show it in the best light. Alicia never spared herself. She was working with me in the basement until 10:00 at night. I know my home was sold faster and for more due to Alicia's work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the clients goals, timeline, anticipated involvement... Then tour the home and photograph in it's current state. These photos will be included in the written consultation to help the owners understand what a buyer sees. A few days later we will again walk the property and discuss the detailed written recommendations and game plan for reaching their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working as the marketing director for 25+ years with a development/construction company in the Washington, DC area. By recognizing and maximizing the power of staging, we drew recognition in the local and national marketplace for filling homes faster and for larger profits than our competition. I have a fine arts degree, a background in photography and sold high end housing in the Washington, DC area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone! Retirees, farmers, bankers, school teachers, professional athletes, politicians, families, singles, couples.... literally everyone, that's what keeps it interesting and fun.
