- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the clients goals, timeline, anticipated involvement... Then tour the home and photograph in it's current state. These photos will be included in the written consultation to help the owners understand what a buyer sees. A few days later we will again walk the property and discuss the detailed written recommendations and game plan for reaching their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working as the marketing director for 25+ years with a development/construction company in the Washington, DC area. By recognizing and maximizing the power of staging, we drew recognition in the local and national marketplace for filling homes faster and for larger profits than our competition. I have a fine arts degree, a background in photography and sold high end housing in the Washington, DC area.

Everyone! Retirees, farmers, bankers, school teachers, professional athletes, politicians, families, singles, couples.... literally everyone, that's what keeps it interesting and fun.
