Federico responded promptly, assessed the problem, ordered parts and returned the next day to complete the repairs. Besides the problem with 2 windows staying up, he ordered and installed glass in 2 other windows that needed replacing. We were very satisfied and felt the price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
