Introduction: Our specialty is providing customers with an alternative to traditional baked goods. We are able to make desserts with less fat and less sugar while maintaining a moist and delicious cake. We offer gluten free, vegan and sugar free desserts as well. We do not use artificial colors or dyes in our cakes or frosting and use only natural and non-GMO ingredients. Only by request, do we use artificial coloring for our custom cakes. We are able to make many colors using natural fruits and vegetables. We can do naked cakes as well as tiered cakes with fondant and gum paste flowers. We can add fresh flowers for an additional cost to any custom cake or wedding cake. I love baking and creating flavors combinations that are unique and distinct. I enjoy the artistic factor in decorating lovely cakes and turning my customers' visions into reality. It is a very rewarding experience for me. I love to create beautiful designs and flowers as it brings out the true artist in me.

From the lemonchello and red velvet cupcakes to the orange almond and car bomb cakes everything I have had has been delicious. Being able to have the choice of gluten free, vegan, or sugar free is also nice and important for those with allergies. I will definitely be returning for more!

A good friend suggested that I give Spoonful a shot as I wanted something special for my teenage daughter on her birthday. It was easy to talk to Angela and she offered a number of suggestions. In the end I landed on the high heel cupcakes. After my daughter saw them they were nothing short of a hit, she ranted and raved about them so much she didn't even want to eat them! Thank you again Spoonful of Sugar for making my daughter's day!

I received cupcakes as a birthday gift from a friend that were made by a Spoonful of Sugar. Not only were the cupcakes beautiful, they were the best tasting gluten-free cupcakes I have eaten. In addition, I'm not a huge fan of icing and I normally choose to remove most of it from my cakes, but the icing on my cupcakes was delicious and I ate every bit of it and wanted more!

Arranging a meeting via telephone to discuss the event and options. This would be followed by a tasting meeting. Prices and fees are discussed based upon the event size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been baking since I was a young girl and was taught by my grandmother who loved to have me help her in the kitchen every weekend with baking her desserts for our family dinner.
