- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally we take retainer prior to taking the case. From that retainer we draw our hourly rate. Each case may vary based on the clients situation and what they can afford, we will always try to accommodate. For Protective Services/Bodyguarding we need to speak to the client for all the necessary details before we can quote a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet in person or we can speak over the phone to get the case started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Investigators are Licensed by the State of North Carolina. Many of our Investigators have many years working in law enforcement and are constantly updated in the newest investigative trends and techniques.
