- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give you the very best price that is available at the time. I also use price tracking software, so once you have deposited your trip, if the price goes down I can get an adjustment for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation, to find out about what they are looking for, things they like to do, as well as things they don't like.
