TJ was awesome! Within minutes of looking at my Ubuntu laptop, he knew what to do. He retrieved all of my data from a corrupted hard drive, for which I'm very grateful. He was also extremely pleasant to work with and a great communicator.
Before I called TJ, I tried another service. That technician had no idea what to do, took a few hours of my time, and charged me for it! Working with TJ was a relief after that lame experience.

3D Technologies prices are very competitive, actually a little below market. TJ made sure that he tried every scenario and everything that was in hands to help us. TJ did such an outstanding job with our network setup. The reason we appreciated him so much is because he was totally honest with us. We had spent hundreds of dollars in the last few months getting lied to by a company that setup cheap equipment and charged way too much. TJ came in, explained the best option for what we needed, why we needed it, and gave us a great price. I think we've found our new IT company! We will definitely use them for anything in the future, and I would highly recommend them.
