Introduction: My food is sweet like reggae music! I love sharing the kitchen with others to pass on my knowledge of Jamaican cuisine and to introduce people to the flavors of the tropics. I work with clients in advance to choose the meals we will be preparing. It is important to customize the menu to ensure that the taste buds are left satisfied! With every visit, I leave spices so people can pass the flavors on using the skills they have learned.
I don't cook from a book; I cook from the heart. Back home in Jamaica, my mother was a chef and from an early age began to teach me the basics that I still use today. For me, there is no better food than Jamaican cuisine, and it is my passion to introduce those flavors to kitchens here in the United States.

Aaron came over to cook for my husband and I and another couple. We choose to learn to cook the curry chicken and reggae rice and it was delicious! We had so much fun and we will definitely have Aaron over to teach us more soon!

Last October, Aaron came to our house to cook a birthday dinner for my husband and I and a couple family members. The meal was fantastic! Watching him prepare Curry Chicken and Jamaican Rice was really fun and educational. Some of us were having Jamaican food for the first time. What a great introduction! Arron has been back to our house to cook Salmon in Brown Sauce. Another really delicious meal. I will call on Aaron again, and highly recommend him for any special occasion.

Aaron at Marley Meals came to my home and cooked Jamaican food for a dinner party for eight people. The food was fantastic, and it was fun working with Aaron. He was attentive and responsive throughout the process, helped me choose the menu, arrived early, cooked a delicious meal that everyone really enjoyed (curry chicken, salmon in brown sauce, Jamaican rice and vegetables, plantains, pineapple, etc.), and cleaned up beautifully before he left. And, he gave everyone at the party a small spice pack of Jamaican curry as a souvenir. I look forward to having him cook for another party in my home sometime soon.
