Introduction: My food is sweet like reggae music! I love sharing the kitchen with others to pass on my knowledge of Jamaican cuisine and to introduce people to the flavors of the tropics. I work with clients in advance to choose the meals we will be preparing. It is important to customize the menu to ensure that the taste buds are left satisfied! With every visit, I leave spices so people can pass the flavors on using the skills they have learned.
I don't cook from a book; I cook from the heart. Back home in Jamaica, my mother was a chef and from an early age began to teach me the basics that I still use today. For me, there is no better food than Jamaican cuisine, and it is my passion to introduce those flavors to kitchens here in the United States.
