Introduction: Most people today struggle with one of three areas: ➳ They desire to lose/maintain weight ➳ They desire more energy ➳ They desire improved sleep Through individual and small group coaching, I specialize in helping people identify areas of their life they'd like to improve. During our coaching sessions, we set an action plan to make small but meaningful changes over time. Good health is more than just the food we put on our plates. It involves all aspects of our lives and through coaching, clients are empowered to find greater balance. The first step is a free health history consultation with me. Think of this as our "first date". It's just as much an opportunity for you to see if coaching is something you'd like to pursue as it is for me to learn about you and the desires you have for your life. I look forward to hearing from you! I work with clients in-person or by phone/Skype if they are not in the Northern VA/Washington, DC area. As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, I have always recognized the value of good health. It gives me great pleasure to coach people through their own health journey. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (2017 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition), I have the tools and knowledge to be your accountability partner, friend, and cheerleader as you tackle goals and set new healthy habits for life.
