I'll give you as fair and honest of a review as I can, but you should know I am Meetal's husband! Although I am biased, I cannot praise enough the cooking and teaching that Meetal is capable of. We have 2 young daughters, and the four or us are fed primarily by Meetal's fresh, healthy, tasty, and unique cooking. What amazes me most is how quickly she is able to do what she does. Like most families, we have a busy household with little time for grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Meetal has turned cooking for our family into an efficient art, something we share together and make time for because everyone loves it. If you have a family and want to eat healthy and delicious food at home that you create with your family, Meetal is the person to teach you. Meetal has a lot of experience with more complex cuisines and dishes as well. Her Indian food is highly sought after and she's taught many friends and adults how to approach cooking this cuisine. Daal, Indian spiced turkey meatballs, and other unique Indian dishes could be on your table soon. Meetal has been teaching kids and adults for a while. I have worked with Meetal for multiple meals. I am always impressed that they are fresh, healthy, and tasty! Everyone in my family enjoys them, which is hard to do. Our favorites are her turkey meatballs and black beans. Highly recommend!

Meetal arrived exactly at our appointed time, was warm and bubbly, but also down to business! She wanted us to learn a few specific dishes and techniques, smells and sights, and she pushed us to do so, while engaging in lively and fun chatter. She taught us three different dishes, AND cleaned up in 1 hour and 15 minutes!! Simply amazing. I would recommend Meetal to anyone trying to cater a dinner, hosting a cooking class, etc. She is fabulous!!

Customers should know that my pricing is fair and always based upon the amount they request to spend on their given project or request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would work to develop a menu and teaching plan that really caters to the customer. Obviously, I want my customer to feel satisfied, happy, and have a great experience. Hopefully, my lesson will kickstart their foray into cooking and healthy dining!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just completed my health and wellness certification AND have a small food delivery service that I have been running for over a year. I LOVE to cook, LOVE food, and feel that food and food preparation really bolsters my creativity AND makes me as close to achieving Maslow's concept of self-actualization as humanly possible!
