- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Personal Chef services are $30/ hr. with a $20 shopping fee. Drop-Off Catering Services start at $10 per person with a $20 equipment fee This includes 2 proteins, 3 sides, and 1 dessert. Small Bite Caterings (tapas, hors d'oeuvres, & amuse bouche) $15 per person with $20 utensil fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we give a quote for the maximum number of people at our lowest available cost per person or service. We provide a menu based on the criteria provided by the client to which the client may make any changes. We recalculate the cost based on the changes ( if any) made by the client. If no further revisions are necessary we proceed with the payment process - we require a 50% deposit on all caterings and lessons, fees included, and a 2 hour payment plus fees for private chef services. We began planning and prepping on orders as soon as the deposit has processed. That means if you placed your order first and didn't pay you may possibly get placed behind another client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Chef Brittany Finely and Chef Frankie Sneeze are graduates of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Atlanta. Both chefs are skillful in both savory and sweet methods of preparing food but have separate focuses and skill sets. Both chefs studied various cuisines, chef Brittany with a strong focus in Baking and Pastry and Chef Frankie specialize in Cajun & Creole, Fusion, and Classical French Cuisines.
