Robert built a screened in porch and deck for me last summer. He did a fabulous job dealing with the city of Atlanta bureaucracy , keeping the job on schedule and keeping me aware of progress. He was pleasant to work with and his subcontractors were all very good. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even took my dog to the groomer when my car was out of commission. He was very fair in his pricing and kept the project within budget. I would highly recommend Robert.

Richardson Residential has completed several jobs for me throughout the years for my property management company and at my own personal residence. I have a transparent pricing system for clients who own their own lot. A line item estimate and a flat fee cost is provided to the client at the time of contract. During to course of construction updates are provided . This gives the client more control over the allocation of the budget.
