- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront with my pricing. 1. 30 minute sessions - $300.00 for unlimited sessions for 30 days - $450:00 for 10 Sessions 2. 60 minute sessions - $500.00 for unlimited sessions for 30 days - $650.00 for 10 Sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call me! Lol, jk. The first thing I do is schedule a 60-90 minute fitness assessment. I have to get to know you and vice versa. The session is free. We go over Dynamics, Mobility, Strength and PNF Stretching. After that we go over your goals (strength and weaknesses).
