They never showed with the bouncehouse or the table and chairs that we rented for my son's first birthday. We called and messaged and for hours heard NOTHING. Finally when they replied HOURS later, it was an excuse that was UNBELIEVABLE! When asked for a refund it was declined through paypal. Ultimately I did receive a refund but would prefer never to business with them again.
