What a great experience we have had with Mike.... 1. He is prompt and professional. 2. He is thorough. 3. He explains issues in an easy to understand format (for those of us who aren't computer/tech savy). 4. He offers varios solutions to meet one's budget. 5. His follow up is INCREDIBLE! He STANDS BY his work. Having a service that is 'come to you' is fantastic and worth every dollar spent. We have used Mike for quite a few years and will continue to do so!

Mike solved a very difficult computer networking problem for me, which had resulted from my efforts to address it myself, and although it took 3 hours and some research along the way, it was not only resolved successfully but served as a learning experience for me as well. He has checked in since to make sure the system is still functioning properly and I would not hesitate to hire him again if other problems do crop up. I recommend him highly.

Michael was wonderful! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient and successfully repaired a computer I was afraid had died. His rate might be a little more than others, but he is worth it. I highly recommend him.

I have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and am a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 10 years experience in many areas of technology, including but not limited to configuration, implementation, and support of PCs, networks, mobile devices, servers, and printers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working with technology and being the family member/friend/neighbor that everyone called for help, so I decided to get a degree in IT and make it my profession.
