- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a call from our costumer, we provide all details about our business. First of all, we ask for the event date. Then, we explain our clients the prices that we manage. In case client is interested, we are able to schedule the day and location where our bounce house will be installed. Finally, after the job is done, we accept the payment and make sure our client is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Today I am taking a MBA with supply chain concentration and it has been very helpfull to create and develop this business.
