- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves, it is always an hourly rate. For out of state moves we will come out to give an in-person estimate. We offer military discounts, also discounts for teachers and senior citizens. No hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we are hired, you will get a call from us to discuss the details of the move. If you are satisfied with the quote, you pay a deposit to be scheduled. You will then an email detailing the discussion and an acknowledge of your deposit. IF you decide not to leave a deposit you will still receive an email detailing the discussion but you will not be scheduled until we receive a deposit. On the day before the move, you will receive a call to confirm the move and to give you a few tips for move day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an athlete when i was in school and having been in the moving industry for over 10 years, i have gained excellent training and skills that i use everyday. With seasonal part-time jobs in retail, i gained a lot of knowledge in customer satisfaction, which is this company makes customer satisfaction our priority.
