Shay was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others. Shay house sat and looked after my house and my 3 lb Yorkie. They sent regular messages to me with photos of my dog, keeping me updated with how our pet was doing as well as what was going on around the house/neighborhood. She took the dog for walks and even spoiled her with bones and treats which was so sweet.
Overall Shay left my house in an immaculate state and even went over and beyond vacuuming and and cleaning my guest areas which she didn't have to. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter and they left my mind at complete ease when it could have been a very stressful situation as it was the first time I left my pets/house with sitters. They made my vacation even more enjoyable and my Rylee had an absolute ball with her.
I can't recommend this lovely and friendly lady enough - they are amazing!

This is a scam. I hired Shaunica three months before my baby shower and she did nothing. She was hired for decorations, flowers, cupcakes, etc. I put a deposit down. I followed up with her intermittently asking for progress pictures or expecting to approve her ideas/vendors, and nothing. She continued to delay and postpone.
Six days before my shower I finally demanded to see pictures and proof of purchase of anything. She had nothing to show. Not even an email confirmation. She said she could not understand why the vendors she hired had not contacted me for payment. Six days before my shower and she just could not understand.
She then said said she has a family emergency and now could not make it. Just like that. And yet without offering any information on flowers, decorations, cupcakes. Not even the name of the places they were “ordered” so I could take over. Without explaining where the decorations were being shipped or who was now setting them up. But continuing to insist she is a real party planner.
The manager of the venue then let me know she never contacted him, although she insisted she had. He is a family friend and we have done many parties with him. He is extremely professional. She continued to insist she is a real party planner.
I informed her as she had not actually fulfilled one thing for the shower, had not even ordered one decoration, and was now not even coming to set up the party, I would like a full refund on my deposit. She refused. She continued to insist this was not fraud. She insisted she had used the deposit to do the work she had done until this point. I asked what work? She was now contradicting herself as the vendors were to be “contacting me for payment”. She had no response to this. I will follow through on reporting her Pay Pal account for fraud so that she cannot steal anyone else’s money.
Do not hire this person, she is not a real planner. It is now five days before my shower, I’m very pregnant and having to do everything by myself.
