- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to thoroughly research the person you are considering receiving health and wellness support from. There are several tools available to us now such as the internet that will help us gather information about practitioners in the healing community. Do they have internet radio show archives or podcasts you can listen to in order to get a feel for their expertise? Are they on YouTube? Can you find information about them on Google? It is also extremely important to not only listen to what the practitioners themselves are saying, but research what their reputation is among those who have received their services directly. It can also be very helpful to talk with people who have studied the work of this particular practitioner over a time span of several years. The bottom line is - research, research, research. Feeling comfortable and safe with the person you are receiving health and wellness services from is vital for the very healing process, itself.
