- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is hourly for local moving services. We DO NOT have a 2 or more hour minimum payment requirement. We offer coupons and discounts on our website and on Google frequently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book services with us, you will receive: 1) An appointment confirmation via email and text 2) A service agreement that outlines everything included in our services including our pricing 3) A moving day checklist that is used to prepare the movers before arrival so that they can get your move completed in an efficient and timely manner. 4) An invoice that can be paid online that reflects only the first hour of service as the deposit

1) I have an Associates degree in Business Admin 2) I have a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Marketing
