- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a planning fee for quoting travel xperiences. For destination weddings & events it is on a case by case basis depending on number of attendees and scope of work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain the pertinent information about their desired trip, obtain their personal information for our records (email, phone, address, travel preferences) put together a quote, email them the itinerary, then set up a time to discuss and book.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CTA, and have taken resort trainings for all of the resorts that I sell, cruise line trainings, destination trainings, and specialist designations. Some of those specialist designations are for Australia, New Zealand, Cancun, Maldives, Aruba, Jamaica, Cabo, Malta, St. Augustine/Ponte Vedra, Tenerife, Bahamas, Mexico, Nassau Paradise Island, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, AM Resorts Master Agent, Palace Resorts, Karisma, Marriott, Westin, Starwood, Melia, Intercontinental, Palladium, Oasis. Good Travels Advisor to name a few plus 7 years of corporate travel, event planning & incentive trip planning.
