- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This will be laid out according to your service request & consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a consultant before any chemical services or hair extension service minus single strand color splash! This is so that I am able to sit down with you before your service to get a better understanding of what your needs are. At this appointment I will require a deposit $50+ depending on what the service request is. This is a non-refundable deposit however if you chose to go with me aso your stylist I will put that deposit towards your service fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Master of Cosmetology student at Virginia College - Augusta and will be graduating July 2016. I hold a certificate from Academy PRO Hair in 100% Human REMY Hair Extensions. This includes 5 different types.
