At the age of 50 I decided it was time to overcome my fear of water and learn to swim. Carolyn helped me do that. It takes a special kind of teacher to guide someone through their fear. Besides skills they must have empathy, kindness, and patience...lots of patience. Carolyn has it all. I've learned to swim, snorkel and as of last week, I am now a certified diver. To think just a year ago I was afraid to walk near the deep end of the pool. I couldn't have done it without you, Carolyn. Thank you.
