- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to treat all customers fairly when pricing projects. We may not be the best fit if someone is simply looking for cheap. Out goal is quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, it starts with a phone call to talk about the project, and schedule a time to take a look. When I meet new customers, I love to get to know them, and learn about the various projects they have planned. I think it is important for my customers to know who we are, and what our company stands for. Our goal is to exceptional work, and develop long term relationships with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 50 years of combined experience with all types of projects. I have always enjoyed working hard and producing quality. As Our company grows, the team members that are brought on, have to have that same mentality.
