- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. While we may not be the cheapest, you will get our best! In order to estimate the cost we consider variants like square footage, age of home, and type of home. Once estimated we give you the price in writing, no bait and switch no up-selling. Everything is in writing. We offer discounts on Radon during winter months when testing for radon gives the best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone call to discuss the project, followed by a free estimate, then set a date for the inspection. We are on time, in time your time. We will send everything to the customer ahead of time in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certified licensing in Home Inspections and mold and radon testing. I also own 3 homes and know the nature of home owning. I have over 80 hours in classroom and online Inspector Training. I am taking additional classes constantly. Currently taking certification for energy and green home certification. I have an FAA drone pilot license which allows me to fly roofs for better inspections.
