- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customers: When I speak with customers , ask about their interests and concerns, as well as what is working and not working for them with respect to my own business. Remembering a customer's name, family members and other personal details can go a long way. Get know the event: Ask for each detail related with event. Takes notes: Taking notes will help me to remember specific details about a customer's feedback, allowing me to learn more about each customer's particular experience. Match the products with the event. Explain and describe the items that will be chosen and make the changes that make the products match the event or the customer culture.
