It's vital to know who you're influenced by, what you want to achieve, and all the subtle nuances that go into personalizing recordings for the artist. I get to know my clients well, and gear the sound of the recordings around the personality and emotion that brought forth the creative process initially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For nearly half a decade I was mentored by Wes Edmonson, an incredible engineer who gave me the grace of working side by side on many projects. His unique style and focused sonic energy have given him a strong acclaim in the Metal, Pop, and R&B industries.
