I had John & his team remove an old 16'x16' wooden deck, install a concrete patio in the same footprint (with rebar), build a 13'x13' pergola with built-in bench seating, and build an enclosure for my gas grill. It came out beautifully and I am now able to comfortably use my backyard. I really could not be happier with the result. John did a great job helping me turn my ideas into reality. By the time I was able to get HOA approval I was running out of time to get the work done before my dad's big 90th birthday party, thinking we wouldn't have the backyard to use for it ... John made sure it was completed prior to the party & everyone loves the new patio/pergola. I appreciated the team expediting the work.
I got 4 quotes for this work, and while John was not the least expensive, I could tell he has attention to detail and my gut feeling when I met him was that he is honest and would get the job done to my satisfaction. That was indeed the case. I will be using John's company for further work I have in mind for my home.

John and his crew replaced all siding, fascia, and trim on our house. We were very pleased with the result. As with all projects of this size, there were a few problems. John promptly addressed the problems and solved them with a smile. They also installed a custom patio cover and patio stones. I would not hesitate to hire Capital Construction Services again.
