I work with women interested in improving their mental and physical health through exercise (body movement) and wellbeing practices. She's very sweet and friendly -- big smile that makes you feel welcomed. This was my 1st reiki session ever, she took the time before starting to ask me my concerns were, provided a better understanding of what reiki was, and crystal work. I was very relaxed during our entire session and left feeling very light, at ease -- truly like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I feel great this morning as well. I look forward to future sessions! :)

Although charla did an amazing job and was very easy to talk to, I think what she should have done is explain the "side effects" you may experience after reiki and to drink water after and meditate etc. I was feeling it for almost a week after and i had to do my own research to figure out what I needed to do and what I was feeling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Health & Wellness Coaching and Personal Training are both $75 per hour. Packages of 5 sessions for $350 and 10 sessions for $650 are available. First meet & greet session is complementary to determine if we are a good fit!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet to get to know each other and determine if we fit! Client will complete informed consent/contract and Wellbeing assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I an a national board certified health and wellness coach, my training and initial certification is through Wellcoaches. I am an ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) certified personal trainer. I am a Lifestyle Medicine Coach through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I am Hakomi mindfulness based, body centered psychology trained. I attended graduate school for exercise physiology and I am about to complete an M. Ed. in counseling.
