- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRICING VARIES PER PROJECT. HOURLY RATE applies for an overall larger project (I.e the organization of an entire home) $20-$25 per hour depending on level of disorder, clutter, and belongings. FLAT RATE applies to a smaller, more specific project (I.e. Closet organization, home office organization, design or staging of large foyer area, etc). *I work fast but efficiently and in an organized manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 STEPS: 1.) Initial phone chat to discuss the project. 2.) Conduct Home Analysis- I will come visit your home, take measurements/photos, & note ideas. 3.) Quote & Confirmation- We will agree upon a project price & timeframe. Then I go to work! *HART your HOME Customer Guarantee. My business is only as good as the referrals I receive. My goal is for you to love your new space upon completion.
