Introduction: Jennifer holds multiple personal training certifications along with TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and RYT200 or yoga certification. She works closely with the top PGA golf instructors to understand the ever evolving golf swing and which muscles are affected by the swing. She has helped many golfers become stronger, healthier, and injury-free. Jennifer has a passion for creating athletes, and showing people of any age how fitness can improve their life and their game.
With a life time experience in multiple sports Jennifer has worked in the fitness and golf industry since 2002 and found herself wanting to see if she had the skill set to go pro in 2007, at that point, with the help of a top PGA Golf Instructor and TPI fitness trainer, Jennifer was able to drop from a 20+ handicap to a single digit handicap in a matter of months. Although I did not pursue the career of professional golfer, he realized the benefits of training which were becoming stronger, faster and more flexible. Her love for the game of golf and witnessing firsthand the negative effect a repetitive swing has on the body, she chose to concentrate on helping golfers strengthen their body for a stronger, injury free swing, and combined my two passions in life, golf and fitness.
