- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 for a 45-minute lesson
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most parents like to have an initial lesson to make sure that it is a good fit. For young children (age 4-5), the initial lesson will be with the parent only. If the relationship feels positive we will talk about details of being in the studio and what to expect from violin study.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts from Rice University (summa cum laude). Grew up Suzuki, and trained in Suzuki as well as Kodaly. 10 years of independent research on working with young children leading to the development of a holistic, child-centered violin method (Kaleidoscopes).
