Introduction: I am a Life and Wellness Coach. Wellness first comes from a healthy mindset. We all work off energy and have the ability to heal ourselves naturally. My passion is in reclaiming your overall wellness through establishing personal goals, and setting your mindset to reach those goals. This comes through proper nutrition and exercise to build a healthy metabolism and clean lifestyle. I also focus on your life priorities and setting your mind in a direction that will help lead you to your passions and strengthen relationships. We all have energy and we either attract the positive energy we want to reach those goals or attract the energy that doesn’t serve us. I have helped clients find a greater life purpose and grow in ways far beyond where their mindset has restricted to a purpose that is bigger than they ever imagined. You finding your purpose is my biggest passion. I provide weekly goals for life, career and personal balance, nutrition plans, and exercise plans according to your needs. I am a mother, have owned 3 companies, and have led many clients to a renewed life of healthy living.
