- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have partnered with the Magnolia Design Center in Best Buy (South Austin) and will meet our clients there to demo different product brands, models, etc. We will discuss the wants, needs and budget, and then put together a system design and estimate reflecting just that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure to train and teach our clients everything necessary to ensure that they are getting the most out of their system/s and that it is a user-friendly experience. We also offer free lifetime support, just in case!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't buy in to the sales pitch. Go with someone that's going to be there, by your side, for the months that it takes to 'purchase' this product and service. It's a big decision, and you need to take your time to get to know the people that you will be working with.
